Happy Friday! It’s been awhile since our last blog post. Honestly we’ve been feeling a bit uninspired lately. This time of the year can be a bit hard for us fashion-wise. Winter starts to feel long and we end up feeling like we wear the same outfits and shoes on repeat. Hopefully we’ll get back into posting blog posts consistently very soon!
On another note- we’re at that awkward time in the year where you want to start shopping for spring, yet it’s still really cold outside(at least if you live somewhere where it truly feels like winter). I’ve definitely been tempted to start shopping for spring clothes, but I’ve resisted since spring is nowhere near in sight for me. You’ll find me bundled up in sweaters for at least another month. Since I’m still wearing winter clothes and will be for awhile, today I’m sharing with you another cozy, winter outfit.
3 Year Blogiversary: A Look Back
Today we’re celebrating our 3 year blogiversary! It’s crazy to think that it’s already been 3 years since we started 2 Classy Sisters. Time really does fly by ! We want to say a big THANK YOU to everyone who has followed us since the beginning, as well as to our new followers. A lot has changed with our blog over the years, but we are excited about how it’s all come together. We can’t wait to see how 2 Classy Sisters continues to grow over the next year!

Fall Florals: OOTD
I can’t believe how fast fall is going this year! It makes me a bit sad since it’s my favorite season and I’m not ready for winter to come at all. This fall I’ve been loving a top that screams fall when you see it. Since fall is going so quickly, I thought I better share it with you now before it’s too late and you’re onto winter clothes. Fyi, this top is another item I scored from Loft. Sorry if you’re getting sick of me talking about Loft, but they’ve just had so many cute clothes and major sales this season!
Teacher Style: First Day of School
If you didn’t know, I’m an elementary special education teacher. I absolutely love what I do and wouldn’t trade it for anything! I’m now back to work after a truly amazing summer and working on getting back into my routine for teaching. Last Thursday was our official first day of school with students. Even as a teacher I still get excited and nervous for the first. I also love to carefully pick out my first day of school outfit. I’m sharing that outfit with you in this post!

Christmas Day Looks
This year for Christmas, we spent the day with our immediate family at our parents’ house. We had a fun and relaxing day spent eating, opening presents, and just spending time together. One of our favorite things about Christmas now is seeing how excited our niece and nephew (who are 2 and 4) get about Christmas and opening presents! As far as our outfits went for Christmas this year, we ended up coordinating our outfits as you can see. Velvet is really in right now and Red Dress Boutique had pieces that were perfect for Christmas without being over the top. Our looks were completed with over the knee boots from Hope’s that came literally just in time for Christmas. We love that these boots don’t have a big heel like so many over the knee boots do.
