This past weekend, we went to a local winery that we’ve been wanting to go to since last summer when we first heard about it. Salem Glen Winery is located outside of the city in the country, so it’s a very peaceful and relaxing setting. While there, we decided to do a full wine tasting, which included sampling eight wines, since it was our first time there.
Happy National Wear Your Lilly Day! We always get excited about this day and make sure to celebrate accordingly. Lilly Pulitzer is one of our all time favorite brands. We love all the bright, fun patterns that Lilly has, plus how timeless their clothing is. If only we lived in a state where the weather allowed us to wear Lilly year round! But good thing it’s officially summer now so we can wear all of our Lilly clothes whenever. We had a few options we were debating about wearing for today, but decided to go with our matching dresses that we just got recently. We have quite a few shift dress from Lilly but we are in love with this fit and flare look!

On Saturday, I graduated from college! After four years of making memories at Iowa State University, it was definitely bitter sweet to say goodbye. During my time there I was able to meet so many great people through my sorority, classes, and organizations I was involved in. Even though this chapter of my life has come to a close, I am very excited for the next chapter of my life! I will be starting my job in June and will be moving in with Michelle within the next week!

Today is such a beautiful spring day so I wanted to dress accordingly! I decided to wear my Lilly Pulitzer Elsa top because I wanted something with bright colors. This is my only Elsa top and I was able to snag it on the Lilly After Party sale. I’m definitely hoping I can get a couple more on the next sale. I decided to wear my Sisco + Berluti bracelet set and I love how it looks with my top. I’m really happy with how nicely this outfit came together!

Yesterday we celebrated Easter with our family. We went to church in the morning and then had a delicious Easter brunch! Besides the cold weather, it was a perfect Easter day. One of our favorite parts about Easter is dressing up in Easter dresses (of course). We wanted to share all of our outfit details with you, so today we’re sharing those with you!

The first thing that comes to my mind for what I should wear for Easter is always Lilly. Since I knew I wanted to wear one of my Lilly dresses it made deciding what to wear a little easier. I decided on this dress because I felt that the colors were very fitting for Easter, plus I love how comfortable it is. I have had this dress for a little while now and hadn’t had a chance to wear it until now. I decided to keep my accessories simple and just wear my Tory Burch bracelet since my dress had a pattern.

I don’t have near as many Lilly Pulitzer dresses as Rachel does, but I got this Lilly dress a few months ago and thought it would be perfect for Easter! It coordinated well with Rachel’s dress, which was an added bonus. For jewelry, I went with this gorgeous bracelet stack from Sisco + Berluti! The gold and pink bracelets paired perfectly with the colors of the Lilly dress. I’m really excited about this week’s What We Wore Wednesday outfit. I originally was going to wear this outfit while on vacation in St. Lucia, but of course I over packed and ended up not wearing it. Since I didn’t get a chance to wear this last week I thought it would be a great look for work! I love this floral printed skirt. I just think it’s fun and I really like the length of it. Also I just can’t get enough of these Target booties. They are SO comfy and cute!!

Yesterday I didn’t do a whole lot. I just spent the day doing things around my house. Because of this I just wanted to go with a casual outfit that was comfortable. I got this Lilly top this summer and it’s so soft and comfortable that I thought it would be perfect for a laid back day. I like it even better on and now want it in more patterns! I paired the Lilly top with some white denim shorts from The Buckle. I’ve had these shorts for quite a few years, but they fit me really well and are comfortable. It will come as no surprise that I finished off the look with my white sandals from Target. They just got with so much!

As some of you may already know, we were in St. Lucia last week for a sister vacation! We went on vacation to celebrate Michelle’s 25th and golden birthday. St. Lucia is located in the Eastern Caribbean region, relatively close to South America. While on the island we stayed at the Coconut Bay Resort & Spa, which is located less than 5 minutes from the airport. We loved the beautiful ocean and warm weather! One of our favorite things that we did while on vacation was zip lining in the rain forest! It was so much fun and such a great experience. You can watch a video of our zip lining adventure below.

1) I pinned this because I already have a pair of Lilly Pulitzer sunglasses that I love and I’m debating about getting a second pair. The pair I currently have is the one all the way in the back. I’m not sure which pair I would get because I think they are all so cute! 2) I really like this outfit. I think this would be cute to wear to class or while hanging out with friends. Also the pearls are a nice touch. 3) I’ve been wanting a pair of Kendra Scott earrings for a while now. I like these ones because they are simple and 9 times out of 10 when I’m wearing earring they are going to be studs. When I finally breakdown and buy a pair I think they might be these ones!

1) I’ve always dreamed of having a Chanel bag, and if that dream every becomes a reality I would love to get this Chanel bag! 2) I love how classy and preppy this look is! I love the cardigan paired with this button up top 3) I was just telling Rachel the other day how I want to get some brown riding boots this fall. These boots would be perfect, but I’ll definitely end up getting some that are cheaper. I do love the looks of these boots though!

Today is the first official day of summer aka National Wear Your Lilly Day for all you Lilly lovers out there! Since we love Lilly Pulitzer and summer, we decided to do an impromptu photo shoot to show off what we’re wearing for this special day.
