With Fourth of July coming up this weekend, we decided to do a look book for the holiday instead of our usual ‘What We Wore Wednesday’ post. We’ve put together multiple looks, using clothing from our everyday closets. Since we used clothing from our closets and didn’t buy clothing that would only be good for the Fourth of July, these looks can be worn any other day as well. If you haven’t figured out what you’re wearing yet for the Fourth of July, we hope these looks will give you some inspiration!

What We Wore Wednesday
Happy Wednesday! First off, I apologize for this post going up later in the day than it usually does. I’m in Myrtle Beach on vacation right now and didn’t get a chance to post this earlier. This week’s What We Wore Wednesday features my outfit that I actually wore today (Wednesday) since yesterday I was flying to Myrtle Beach and the weather wasn’t the greatest.
|Ivy and Leo dress| Target sandals| Francesca’s earrings|
Today I spent most of my morning and the early afternoon at the beach and pool! It was a relaxing start to my day and I got a good start on my summer tan! It was also great weather here in Myrtle Beach today with it being warm and sunny!
I decided to wear this dress the rest of the day since my mom and I did some shopping and went out to eat. I like this dress because it’s lightweight, making it a perfect dress for a warm, summer day. I really like the detailing at the waist. It doesn’t show much skin and it still looks classy and stylish. I also like that this dress is a bit longer because it makes it easy to be out and about. When I’m at the beach on vacation, I usually keep my jewelry pretty minimal so the only jewelry I wore with this outfit were some earrings. Of course, I finished off the look with my favorite sandals from Target!
Rachel will be back next week just in time for our “What We Wore Wednesday” post so you’ll get to see both of our outfits again! We can’t wait to be back together for the whole summer!
Have a great rest of your week!

Packing Fashionably & Efficiently For A Trip Abroad!
Coming up I have a 15 day study aboard trip where I will be going to Spain and France. One of the biggest stresses of going abroad can be packing for your trip. However, this is my 6th time going abroad so I have picked up some tips & tricks to make it as easy as possible!
Baggage
Since I am only going to be going for 15 days, I am bringing a large suitcase to check, my Vera Bradley Weekender for my carry-on, and my Longchamp bag for my personal item to keep under the seat ahead of me. Depending on how long you are going, you might be able to get by with a little less or you might have to bring another suitcase. I definitely could get by with bringing a smaller suitcase to check. However, I want to make sure I have room to buy things while I am abroad.
When it comes to purchasing a suitcase, I encourage you to buy one in person so you can “test it out” and see if you like it. When buying a suitcase, make sure you have an idea of the size you are looking for. This is especially important if you are buying a carry-on suitcase since there are size restrictions. I got mine at TJ Maxx and it’s a Swiss Gear suitcase. TJ Maxx is a great place to get a suitcase because they have some great brands at a discounted price. I don’t think it’s worth it to get expensive suitcases when it comes to checked bags since sometimes they can get beat up when getting loaded/unloaded.
When it comes to what style of bag you get, it’s up to you! I like the fabric suitcases over hard cases because I feel like I can’t fit as much into the hard cases. I also prefer the four wheel suitcases. I think it makes it easier to get around the airport with them. Make sure when you are looking at suitcases to check out the wheel and see if they all roll properly.
Important Must Haves
When you decide to go abroad make sure the first thing you do is GET A PASSPORT! If you already have a passport make sure you check the expiration date to see if it will be good throughout your trip. While abroad you will usually have your passport on you at all times. Because of this, I like to have a cute passport holder. I use to have a cheap one from Target but just upgraded to a Kate Spade one thanks to my mom! You don’t have to get a passport holder. I just think it makes it easier to keep track of your passport by adding some color to it.
Another important thing to know when going abroad is what type of currency do they use. Since I am going to Spain and France I had to get Euros to bring along. I suggest getting some before you leave at a bank. However you can also exchange money to the correct currency when you get there. Make sure to call your debit/credit card company before leaving and let them know how long you will be gone, along with what countries you are planning on going to. If you don’t do this the debit/credit card company might think that your card is stolen and shut off your card making it so you can’t use it. It is also suggested to bring a copy of your passport with you in case you lose yours to help with the process of getting a new one abroad. I also think it doesn’t hurt to leave one back home with someone as well. I also like to bring with me a copy of my itinerary if you have one, along with all of the hotels you are staying at with phone numbers and addresses.

Rachel’s Outfit
Outfit details: J Crew Top | American Eagle capris | Jack Roger Sandals
Jewelry details: Margaret Elizabeth Teardrop Bangle | Charlene K Triangle Double Drop Earrings in 14KT Gold plate
Last week it was cold and rainy most days and this week it finally warmed up! To celebrate the warmer weather being back I wanted to pick an outfit that included a bright spring color. I decided to go with one of my favorite new pieces, a minty blue scalloped top from J Crew. I love this top because even though it’s simple the bottom still make it fun! Since it was warm outside but still not hot enough for shorts I went with one of my go to capris from American Eagle.
To complete my outfit I went with my white Jack Roger sandals. My bracelet and earrings are both from Rocksbox. I don’t wear a ton of bracelets since I usually have my Fitbit on but I love this Margaret Elizabeth bangle and I’m excited to be able to style it a few more times before having to send it back. My earrings are Charlene K and the were my favorite piece I received in my Rocksbox. They are so lightweight and I love that they can go with so many different style of outfits.

Until Summer vacation hits, these posts will be featuring my outfits I wear for work. I had been waiting for a nice spring day to wear my new Francesca’s top that I got earlier this spring and yesterday ended up being a good day for it. I also thought this top went perfectly with the Kendra Scott earrings. I then decided to pair this top with one of my favorite pair of dress pants to wear when it’s warmer. I got these black pants from Target a few years ago and they are so comfortable! I really like how they fit. I wish I would’v gotten a few more pairs in black.
I finished off my outfit with some new black sandals that I also got from Target. I believe these sandals were only around $16 and they had them in multiple colors. The earrings and necklace I’m wearing are both from my Rocksbox. I really like the Kendra Scott earrings and the color of them. However, I will be sending them back since I don’t know if I would get enough use out of them. When I originally saw the necklace in its packaging I didn’t think it looked like something I would like, but I was pleasantly surprised when I put it on. I absolutely love it and I’m debating about whether or not I should keep it!
If you’re interested in trying Rocksbox, we have a code for you that will get you your first box free! This is a great deal since Rocksbox is $19 a month. Use code: 2classysistersxoxo. If you fall in love with any of the pieces, you can buy any of them from your Rocksbox set.

Baking, Shopping, & Eating
With Rachel being home for Easter weekend, we were able to spend the whole day together on Friday. We both love baking, so we started off our morning by baking some donuts. We tried out two donut recipes from Sally’s Baking Addiction. You can find the chocolate donut recipe here and the funfetti donut recipe here.
We had a lot of fun making these donuts and they were quite simple to make! Our favorite were the chocolate glazed donuts. We think the funfetti donuts would be better with less sprinkles in the batter.
After baking and breakfast, we planned on going shopping and out for lunch. Here are our outfits from the day!
Michelle’s OOTD

Rachel’s OOTD
|Express tank top| J.Crew Factory necklace| American Eagle jeggings| TJ Maxx flats|
We headed to our local mall first for a little shopping. American had BOGO so we couldn’t resist buying a few clothing items from there. Michelle with being her indecisive self decided to buy a new dress for Easter from Francesca’s. We also made a stop at TJ maxx. We each got a new small cross body purse. Rachel stocked up on one of our favorite Dry Shampoos and Michelle bought an artificial flower arrangement.
For lunch we went to one of our favorite restaurants, The Loop. Instead of ordering entrees, we decided to share some appetizers. We went with chicken tenders, cheese curds and wings! They were all very delicious. Our favorite is definitely the cheese curds because they are served with siracha ketchup, which makes them so much better! Needless to say, we were very full afterwards.
We’ve really been enjoying our weekend together! It’s our last time together until Rachel is done with school for the year. We can’t wait to spend the summer together! Keep an eye out for our Easter post tomorrow!

Spring Fashion Goodies
It’s that time of the year, where I start getting antsy to buy new spring clothes (even though I have plenty of clothes)! I had done pretty well at holding off, but now that it’s actually getting a bit warmer here in the Midwest I decided it was time to get a start on my spring shopping. Over the past week or two, I’ve done a little online shopping and shopping at my local mall as well. Let’s get into the fun part- what I bought!
Store: J. Crew Factory
When I saw this shirt online, I knew I had to have it and in more than one color! I love that it’s light weight, has the scalloped bottom, and comes in pretty spring colors. I can definitely see myself wearing these two shirts a lot this spring and summer. I was also lucky enough to purchase these shirts when J. Crew Factory had a 30% off coupon code online. You can see this shirt here.
Store: Red Dress Boutique
After searching for weeks and weeks (it seemed like), I finally found the perfect Easter dress! I like that this dress isn’t too short and it also has pockets. The color is great too for Easter. Since it won’t be too warm where I live on Easter, I’ll wear a white cardigan over this dress if I get cold. Here is the dress on the website. Unfortunately it’s out of stock right now, but I have seen this dress in other colors on different online boutiques!
Store: Francesca’s
I went shopping at this boutique over the weekend a picked a few great spring pieces. I was also lucky enough that it ended up being Buy One Get One 50% off mix and match. I got four things so two of my items were 50% off, which was a great deal.
I love the sleeves on this top, as well as the color. I’m thinking I might wear this shirt or one of the other shirts I got from here to my boyfriend’s Easter on Saturday. You can find this top here.
I was instantly in love with this shirt when I tried it on in the store. I really love the color of it and it’s so soft and comfy! I think this is going to be one of my favorite tops. It can be found here.
This top is really soft as well. I like the pattern on it and think it’s another perfect top for spring! Here is this top.
These earrings just seemed perfect for spring! I wanted to get a pair of earrings that was quite different from the earrings I have already. This pair is definitely different from anything I have. I think they are so pretty. They look even better in person and on the website so make sure you click this link to see the coloring better!
Store: Bauble Bar
I’ve been browsing the Bauble Bar website for awhile now, but had never made a purchase. I saw that the first weekend of spring they were having a promo code for 30% off so I thought that was the perfect time to make my first purchase.
I’m so excited about this necklace and earrings. This necklace will be able to go with so much and really dress up a lot of my shirts! I’ve been wanting this style of earrings for awhile now so I’m really happy that I finally have a pair. I really can’t wait to wear both of these. I can’t find the necklace online anymore, but the earrings can be found here.
That wraps up my spring haul. I hope this post has given you some spring inspiration for your shopping. Let me know, which item or items you like best in a comment below!
Enjoy your day!

Girls Day at Four Daughters Vineyard & Winery
With Michelle’s winter break wrapping up, we decided that we needed one last girls day. We have been wanting to go to lunch and do a wine tasting at Four Daughters Vineyard & Winery since Rachel turned 21 in November. This seemed like the perfect day to go there and do this!
When doing a wine tasting at Four Daughters, you have the option of red or white wine. You then get five different wines to sample for $5, which is a great deal! We went with the white wine because that’s what we both prefer. We’re all for the sweeter wines and aren’t big fans of dry wine. With this wine tasting, we had the opportunity to try a hard cider, three white wines, and a sweeter red wine. We liked all of the ones we sampled, but are top two favorites were the Loon Juice (hard cider) and the moscato!
For lunch, Michelle ordered sloppy joe nachos and Rachel ordered the chicken pot pie. The nice thing about the lunch menu here is that the choices are all quite unique. As you can imagine from the pictures below, we were not disappointed with either choice!
Because we both love bread and figured it would go well with our wine, we also ordered a lovely bread plate to share. This plate came with a variety of breads to try, as well as with olive oil and and a spinach spread. All of the breads were amazing. We may or may not have ate almost the whole plate!
Even though we really didn’t have room to spare and were pretty full the way it was, we just simply couldn’t resist ordering dessert because it looked too good not to try. We ended up getting two desserts to share. We went with the Chocolate Chip Cookie Sundae (white chocolate chip cookie, vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce, whipped cream, and candy walnuts) and the S’more Pots de Creme (chocolate-hazelnut custard, sugared graham cracker, toasted marshmallow, and candied bacon). Both desserts were delicious! Unfortunately, we weren’t able to finish either of them since we were pretty full from our lunches.
Now it’s time to get into our outfits! We decided to go the dressier route for this girls day to make it more fun. Both of us went with skirts and channeled our inner Blair Waldorf. Who doesn’t love Blair Waldorf’s style?! Here’s what we wore:
Top- Francesca’s Collection
Skirt-Red Dress Boutique
Tights-Express
Booties- Express
Necklace- J Crew Factory
Top- Gap
Skirt- Express
Booties- TOMS
Necklace- Charming Charlie
Overall, we had a fabulous day at Four Daughters Vineyard & Winery. It was a great experience that we enjoyed together. The atmosphere was very laid back, which was great because it gave us plenty of time to enjoy our food/drinks and chit-chat! We can’t wait to go back this summer so that we can sit outside to enjoy the views and also order some Sangria!
