It’s finally starting to warm up in the midwest! I had a few meetings today and since it felt pretty warm out I decided to go with a trapeze long sleeve Express dress. I have a couple of Express’s trapeze dresses and I love them! They are so comfortable and cute. I decided to pair this dress with a pair of nude flats since I knew I would be doing a lot of walking around campus today. I’ve also styled this dress in the past with tights and booties. This dress is easy to dress up or down!
|Dry Goods top | Ann Taylor Loft pants | Dillard’s boots | Bauble Bar necklace |
I just got these pants from Ann Taylor Loft this past weekend when I was visiting Rachel. They’re basically thicker, dressier leggings. I don’t know if you can tell from the picture or not, but they’re a dark grey. They’re so comfortable and I wanted to wear them right away! I decided to pair these leggings with this plum top because I love grey and purple together. Unfortunately when I took this picture it was windy so it’s not laying correctly in the photo. I then added a silver statement necklace from Bauble Bar to dress up the outfit even more for work. I love how this look turned out and can’t wait to style these leggings with more tops!
1) I love the colors of this outfit! I wouldn’t have thought to pair these colors together, but they look so good together. I also really love this skirt and hope I can find one in this color to buy 2) I’ve been on the fence with bean boots and whether or not I truly need them. Well after seeing them all over and how people style them, I’ve officially decided that yes I do need them and have put them on my Christmas list! 3) This outfit is very simple, yet put together. I really love the color of this puffer vest as well!
1) I love this fall outfit! The colors are so cute and I love the layering! 2) All these bracelets look so nice together. I especially love the monogram one. I have a couple of monogram necklaces but I don’t have a bracelet yet and would love to get one! 3) I have black Hunter boots and and they are so great! I wanted black for my first pair because they would go with everyone but I am tempted to get another color.
We are currently on vacation in Myrte Beach, South Carolina with our family. We spent the day getting some supplies for our trip, along with some shopping. We ended up accidently matching today and wearing very similar colored rompers! Since today was a pretty laid back day, we figured our rompers were casual and comfy, yet still made us look put together.

I really like this work outfit! I love the two shades of blue together and the lace of the skirt. I also like how it’s simple and classy this outfit is. I have been wanting to wear this outfit for awhile now and I’m glad I finally did today!!
| Ivy & Leo top | American Eagle Jeggings | Coach sandals | J. Crew Factory necklace |
Today I got my hair colored, which I was very excited about since It was a little overdue. I was sick of the ombre look and decided to lighten it up. I love how it turned out! Originally I was going to wear a dress today, but unfortunately the weather didn’t corporate and it was a rainy, gloomy day. I ended up wearing a Piko top with some jeggings. I absolutely love piko tops because they are so comfortable and you can dress them up or down!

I’m really excited about this week’s What We Wore Wednesday outfit. I originally was going to wear this outfit while on vacation in St. Lucia, but of course I over packed and ended up not wearing it. Since I didn’t get a chance to wear this last week I thought it would be a great look for work! I love this floral printed skirt. I just think it’s fun and I really like the length of it. Also I just can’t get enough of these Target booties. They are SO comfy and cute!!
| Lilly Pulitzer top | The Buckle shorts | Target Sandals | Tiffany & Co necklace |
Yesterday I didn’t do a whole lot. I just spent the day doing things around my house. Because of this I just wanted to go with a casual outfit that was comfortable. I got this Lilly top this summer and it’s so soft and comfortable that I thought it would be perfect for a laid back day. I like it even better on and now want it in more patterns! I paired the Lilly top with some white denim shorts from The Buckle. I’ve had these shorts for quite a few years, but they fit me really well and are comfortable. It will come as no surprise that I finished off the look with my white sandals from Target. They just got with so much!
As some of you may already know, we were in St. Lucia last week for a sister vacation! We went on vacation to celebrate Michelle’s 25th and golden birthday. St. Lucia is located in the Eastern Caribbean region, relatively close to South America. While on the island we stayed at the Coconut Bay Resort & Spa, which is located less than 5 minutes from the airport. We loved the beautiful ocean and warm weather! Now here’s a look at the outfits we wore while we were in St. Lucia.
| Lilly for Target Jumpsuit | Jack Rogers Sandals | J. Crew Bracelet |

| Dry Goods dress | Ivy & Leo wedges | Charming Charlie earrings & bracelet | Francesca’s bracelet |
1) I pinned this because I already have a pair of Lilly Pulitzer sunglasses that I love and I’m debating about getting a second pair. The pair I currently have is the one all the way in the back. I’m not sure which pair I would get because I think they are all so cute! 2) I really like this outfit. I think this would be cute to wear to class or while hanging out with friends. Also the pearls are a nice touch. 3) I’ve been wanting a pair of Kendra Scott earrings for a while now. I like these ones because they are simple and 9 times out of 10 when I’m wearing earring they are going to be studs. When I finally breakdown and buy a pair I think they might be these ones!
1) I’ve always dreamed of having a Chanel bag, and if that dream every becomes a reality I would love to get this Chanel bag! 2) I love how classy and preppy this look is! I love the cardigan paired with this button up top 3) I was just telling Rachel the other day how I want to get some brown riding boots this fall. These boots would be perfect, but I’ll definitely end up getting some that are cheaper. I do love the looks of these boots though!
We hope you enjoy your weekend! Comment below if you have a blog post you would like to see from us!
It’s a nice day today and since I have to work, I decided to wear one of my new skirts! I got this skirt on sale on Red Dress Boutique for only $15, such a steal! With this outfit being black and white, I went with a bright coral necklace to add a little pop of color to the look! I love this classy look for a day at work.

With Fourth of July coming up this weekend, we decided to do a look book for the holiday instead of our usual ‘What We Wore Wednesday’ post. We’ve put together multiple looks, using clothing from our everyday closets. Since we used clothing from our closets and didn’t buy clothing that would only be good for the Fourth of July, these looks can be worn any other day as well. If you haven’t figured out what you’re wearing yet for the Fourth of July, we hope these looks will give you some inspiration!
