I’m officially on my first week of summer break and basically all I have wanted to do so far is sleep in and be lazy. This namast’ay in bed tank top from Anchora Bella Boutique was the perfect piece to style my outfit around today since I didn’t want to get out of bed this morning (story of my life) and I’m having a bit of a lazy day. I also really love tops with sayings on them and Anchora Bella Boutique has a great selection of them! I decided to style this tank top with some yoga pants from Victoria’s secret and a flannel shirt for when I got chilly. If you wanted to dress this tank top up a bit, I think it would look great with some colored shorts or you could wear it with a colored cardigan and denim shorts/capris/jeggings depending on the temperature. Also, how pretty is this coffee mug? I got it from a new boutique called Altar’d State. I don’t think this mug is on their website unfortunately, but if you have a store near year I’m sure you could find it.

Smile Brilliant Review

Over the past few weeks we’ve been testing out the Smile Brilliant teeth whitening trays. We were really excited to try these trays since prior to Smile Brilliant, custom fitted teeth whitening trays were only available at the dentist for $500+. In today’s post we’re going to go over the teeth whitening process, give you our thoughts on this product, as well as some additional information on Smile Brilliant.

After you purchase a teeth whitening kit from Smile Brilliant and receive it, you’ll begin the process of making your customized teeth whitening trays. In your kit, you’ll receive everything you need to make your dental impressions, as well as the gels you will use for teeth whitening.

When it comes to make your dental impressions, there is an easy step by step guide to follow in your kit. After you make your impressions, you will mail them in the pre-paid envelope.

By the time Smile Brilliant receives the impressions, makes the customized trays, and sends them back to you, it will usually be eleven days or less. Once you receive your customized teeth whitening trays, it’s now time to begin whitening your teeth!

As of today, we have both used our teeth whitening trays three times each. We have already seen noticeable results with our teeth! We’ve also had people comment on our teeth looking whiter, which is always a plus. We have found this whole process to be very simple and easy to follow. Initially we were a bit intimidated with having to make our molds. However, the directions are very clear and easy to follow. Even if you mess up making a mold, you can make another one since they give you some extra product. One great thing about these trays being customized to fit your teeth is that you can easily multi-task while wearing them without worrying about them falling down or off. You barely notice you have them in. In the past, we’ve tried the Crest whitening strips. Even though we saw some results with these, the results didn’t happen as quickly and the strips were very uncomfortable to wear since they would slide around a lot. We plan to continue to use these whitening trays as needed in the future. We definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a whiter smile! The results you get from this product is worth the price!

We unfortunately do not have before and after photos due to when taking the before photos, our teeth looked whiter than what they actually are. This made it so you couldn’t tell much of a difference. What We Wore Wednesaday

We are currently on vacation in Myrte Beach, South Carolina with our family. We spent the day getting some supplies for our trip, along with some shopping. We ended up accidently matching today and wearing very similar colored rompers! Since today was a pretty laid back day, we figured our rompers were casual and comfy, yet still made us look put together.

Myrtle Beach Fashion Haul!

What’s in My Suitcase: NYC Prep Part 4

This is our last post in our NYC Prep series because tomorrow we’ll be flying to New York City finally and I couldn’t be more excited! This will be our third time going to New York City, which is nice since we know our way around a bit better and have a better idea of what we want to do! In today’s post I’m going to give you a look into how I pack my suitcase. You’ll also get a glimpse of what I’m all bringing with me to New York.

Since we’re only going for two nights, we won’t be checking any luggage. I decided to bring my go-to carry on suitcase that I’ve had for years. I purchased this suitcase from Kohl’s and also have it in a bigger size as well. This suitcase has held up really well over the years and has quite a bit of room in it for its size.

Below is a sneak peek at the outfits I’m packing in my suitcase. On the left is the sweater I’ll be wearing home from the airport on Sunday. The middle item is a short sleeve shift dress that I’ll be wearing with leggings. Then I’ll be wearing the polka dot sweater with the black skirt to one of the Broadway shows we go to.

A few years ago I discovered the Eagle Creek packing cubes and they are an absolute lifesaver when it comes to packing your suitcase. I’ve purchased all of my packing cubes from The Container Store. I’m able to fit a lot more in my suitcase when I use the packing cubes and they keep things organized nicely. Below, you can see the packing cubes empty and then how I pack my things in them.

The first packing cube holds all of my tops in it. I could definitely fit more in this packing cube as well. The middle packing cube has my skirt, shorts, a t-shirt, and tank tops. This one also has plenty of room for me to pack more. The third packing cube has my undergarments, socks, tights, and a pair of leggings in it. As you can see, the packing cubes make it so you can pack a lot more clothes!

All of my toiletries fit in the above toiletry bag. This organizer is from Vera Bradley. I really like it since it folds up nicely and you can hang it in the bathroom for convenience when you’re using it. Also, I’m taking my Rebecca Minkoff crossbody purse, along with this LongChamp tote bag. I’m using the tote bag for my carry on and then I’ll be using the purse while in NYC since I don’t want to deal with carrying a big purse with me.

Now here is how my suitcase looks all packed up. The only thing I need to add is my makeup bag, which will fit in nicely on top!
